Our History

INVEX Casa de Bolsa started operations in January 1992 with six mutual funds.

In order to have an international expansion with the stock brokerage service, INVEX Inc. was founded in June as a "Broker-Dealer" in Dallas, Texas.

In 1993, the stockholders' equity of the Casa de Bolsa reached 500 million pesos.

INVEX Grupo Financiero´s office is moved to Torre Esmeralda I, Lomas de Chapultepec and INVEX Inc. also change their office to Miami, Florida.

In 2011, the business INVEX Activos was founded with the goal of invest capital. The first investment was in a Capital Private Equity Fund of Nexxus by 11 million pesos.

In order to be strengthen the infraestructura´s corporate structure, in 2012, INVEX Grupo Infraestructura was created as holding company of the different subsidiaries of infraestructure sector.

In 2013, INVEX Inc. became a subsidiary of INVEX Controladora therefore it ceased to be a subsidiary of INVEX Casa de Bolsa.

With the propuse of offering a financial product which allows clients acquire assets, in 2013, INVEX Arrendadora was created as leasing company.

Due to Ammper Energía business growth, INVEX Controladora decided to perform a new business unit focused in energy. Ammper Energía turned into a subsidiary of INVEX Controladora.

INVEX Activos change its business name to INVEX Capital y Activos.

INVEX Grupo Infraestrucuta concluded the investment stage and all the projects being made operational.

INVEX became a public company when was listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange through a Public Stock Offering.

In February 1994, INVEX Grupo Financiero was founded. In this year, INVEX Banco starts operation as subsidiary of INVEX Grupo Financiero.

INVEX Grupo Financiero consolidated the financial offer considering the following services:

Patrimonial Services: The main goal was provide a solid support in order to create a personalized portfolio, focused on preserving and increasing personal or family patrimony.

Corporate Services: Services which provide optimum solutions to the treasuries managment, improve the development of pension plans and savings funds, participate in mergers and acquisitions; as well as offering loans, trusts and specialized stock financing.

The Guadalajara financial center was opened in November, 1999.

The Credit Card started as a new product in November, 1994 through the acquisition of the 50% of participation in Spira Company.

INVEX Grupo Financiero´s office is moved to Torre Esmeralda I, Lomas de Chapultepec.

INVEX Banco received the “TR1” rating from Fitch Ratings Credit Agency, the highest for Trustees.

The own credit card brand Spira" was renamed to “SiCard”.

The Queretaro´s financial center was opened.

The Meridas´s financial center was opened.

INVEX Banco acquired the credit card portfolio of the brazilian bank ITAÚ in Mexico.

About Commercial Banking, INVEX Banco begins Factoring operations, this product gives an option to our clients to have liquidity through their accounts receivable and payable.

A new financial center is opened in Veracruz.

INVEX Banco acquire the full credit card portfolio of “Credomatic de México” (member of Grupo Aval, being one of the most representative financial groups in Colombia and Central America).

INVEX Banco launched its first Medium-Term Notes for US$24 million through a debt program authorized for US$200 million. The offering was performed via a private offering to a qualified investors.

Ammper Generación Distribuido started operations.

Ammper Energía has consolidated as a qualified supplier of energy in México.

Ammper Energía includes to their energy services portfolio the “Energy SCADA Services”.

The tender was won to develop and operate the Centro Administrativo Tlajomulco in Zúñiga, Jalisco. The investment was arround 290 millon of pesos. It was the fist Public-Private Partnership in INVEX.

The license of Ciudad Obregón toll road, located in Sonora, was awarded to INVEX Grupo Infraestructura, Constructora Vise, Construcciones Rubau and Constructora y Edificadora GIA+A by The Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation. The concesión includes license to build, operate, exploit, preserve and maintain the toll road.

INVEX Grupo Infraestructura, in consortium with the companies Ortiz Construcciones & Proyectos and Corporativo de Hospitales, awarded the replacement Project tender of the "Hospital General Aquiles Calles Ramírez", in Tepic, Nayarit.

The shareholders approved a social capital increase in INVEX Grupo Infraestructura for 2,999 million pesos.

The Solar Energy portfolio started operations, which includes 6 photovoltaic Plants of Solar Energy in Chihuahua and provides 216 MWp.

INVEX Activos invested arround of 160 miilion pesos in GFR Inmobiliaria de Negocios, entity with 988 acres of land in Playa Gorda near Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.

Also, It invested 16 million pesos in Grupo Collado.

INVEX Activos reduced the investment performed in Grupo Crediexpress, the final balance invest is arroung 16 million pesos.

Activos decided to perform an additional invest in VH Patrimonial up to 40 million pesos.

INVEX Activos acquiered a participation in Credomatic de México through an invest of 100 millon pesos. This transaction will be sell to INVEX Banco in 2019.

We started the investment in Inversión Turística R5 for 5 millon pesos, the investment was performed with RLH company.

INVEX Activos changed their company name into INVEX Capital y Activos.
